After the last decade, and especially the last year, of lots of negative energy coming to the surface for the opportunity of being healed, are you ready for a year of happines and self-expression? This past decade has seen its share of darkness and negativity surfacing over and over again; everywhere you look, there are plenty of things about which you could be fearful or sad.
Rather than look at the negative energies surfacing more rapidly, and therefore seemingly more often, the law of attraction tells us to look at our dreams. Dwell on your dreams. Put your thoughts and focus on what you desire in your life. Every time a negative fear or doubt pops up, immediately tell yourself that you are going to dwell on your dreams; then start visioning what it is you desire. Think about the flow of financial abundance you desire in your life and what you are doing with all that money. Think about the love you have for others and the love they have for you; or, think about the love you desire...the beloved relationship that is just around the corner for you...and picture the person, the events, the hugs and kisses, the cuddling and watching movies together, dinners and school activities with your blended families...whatever love looks like and feels like to you, picture it all. Picture your health as perfect...your body as beautiful as you see it in your heart of hearts...picture your physical fitness and radiance and beauty.
2010 is a year of big change for the planet. We've all been raising our vibration, some of us more quickly than others, and choosing to stay away from all the fear and scare tactics or the drama that others seem to thrive on. This is a global year of happiness, honesty, communication, light, love, creativity, and optimism. A lot of previously suppressed information is sure to become transparent this year; cures for medical conditions will finally come to light for all of us non-medical people who are wondering why there haven't been cures for cancer or AIDS or MS yet.
Follow your dreams this year and choose to be one of many points of light (yes, maybe George H. Walker Bush actually knows something about spirit?) that will flow love and light out to the universe and your own physical reality this year. Do what you love. Love what you do. Share your love and happiness with everyone. Be the guide who brings others to the light. We are all one and, while there will always be those whose path it is to choose darkness, lack, and limitation, you are not that person...you have already chosen to live your dreams and spread the light just by reading this.
